Postage costs are a flat rate of £6.00 added at checkout.
UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
In the event that the parcel cannot be delivered, Royal Mail will leave instructions with directions for collection. If it isn't collected from the post office within the time stipulated, the item will be returned to

In The Dip Pottery reserves the right to charge for re-postage.
UK orders are usually delivered within 7 business days, depending
on circumstances and time of year.
You will receive confirmation once your purchase has been despatched.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Currently International delivery is not possible.
LOCAL PICK UP
If you would like to collect your order from the studio in Durham
or in person at Tynemouth Station Market, North Shields NE30 4RE,
please get in touch by email to arrange this.
DELAYED DELIVERY?
If the parcel hasn't been delivered in the expected time,
firstly, please check with the post office.

Please make sure the correct postal address is given at the time of order.
Parcels are considered lost after 10 working days
past delivery due date, for UK orders. If this happens, please get in touch.

DAMAGED IN THE POST?
The greatest care is taken to protect ceramics for posting, sometimes doubly boxed.
In the unlikely event of products being damaged in transit, a refund will be processed if you contact me immediately and have photo evidence of the damaged piece and box.
